Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Tyler, TX is seeking a customer service representative for our food service operations. You will assist in menu coordination, handle patient meal delivery and set-up, and take phone orders. This role requires reliable attendance, basic Excel skills, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Rotating shifts include early mornings and a weekend rotation. Pay is $15 per hour with weekly payroll; schedule varies by account with potential meal rounds and patient

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
• Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

We are looking to add a customer service rep to our food service department.

Pay - $15 (weekly pay)

Schedule - Rotates

• 6am - 2:30pm & 10am - 6pm
• Every other weekend.

Location - Tyler, TX
