AtWork Personnel is seeking a customer service representative for our food service department in Jacksonville, TX. The role offers a rotating schedule and weekly pay at $14 per hour. Responsibilities include meal service, order processing, and direct patient contact, with some weekend work as required.

Candidate should have customer service experience, be proficient with Excel, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Location is Jacksonville, TX.

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

We are looking to add a customer service rep to our food service department.

Pay - $14 (weekly pay)

Schedule - Rotates

• 6am - 2:30pm & 10am - 6pm
• Every other weekend.

Location - Jacksonville, TX
