Overview:

Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA, is hiring a Full-Time, Rotating Shift, Food Service Worker (Cashier/Line Server).

Full-time, rotating shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., every other weekend, and rotating major holidays.

(Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for qualified candidates)

Food Service Workers are essential members of the food services team, supporting in delivering nutritious meals and providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include preparing food according to dietary guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, working as a cashier, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent / Experience in Lieu of Degree/Diploma accepted.

Certification/Licensure:

• Food Handlers Card - Certification - Food Service Certification (as required by local Health Department).
