About This Position

This position is located in a Jail/Correctional Facility and requires working in close contact with and interacting with inmates. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising inmate labor and team members in the food service operation within a correctional facility. This includes preparing and serving food according to menus and work instructions, and using various food prep utensils and machines.

• Supervise inmate labor and team members during food prep and service
• Prepare and assist with food preparation following recipes and instructions

• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment

Requirements
