Wage Rate

$24.00/hour

Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members in a correctional facility's food service operation. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food according to menus and work instructions, and using various food preparation utensils and machines.

• Supervise inmate labor and team members during food prep and service
• Prepare and assist in food preparation following recipes and instructions

• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: prior institutional or restaurant food service experience
