This position is responsible for preparing and serving foods in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations. Duties include preparation of cafeteria food service, delivery of food to customers, restocking cafeteria supplies, sanitation of work areas, dishes, and equipment. The position also involves inventory control, product rotation, labeling, and safe food handling practices to ensure continued availability to customers.
