Brief Job Duties

1. Prepare foods as directed by either the Kitchen Manager or Cook.
2. Clean all work areas when tasks are completed.
3. Serve lunches in the serving line.
4. Prepare items for the next day's meals as needed by 1st cook.
5. Serve as a cashier at the Point of Sale system and record sales and meal counts.

Certification/License

Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), which includes Fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education within 6 weeks of starting work.
