Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and deliver meals, including staff lunch and Mercy Center Auburn deliveries.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events and catering.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in kitchen, dining areas, storage, and equipment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning, chemical use, and hand-washing.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, wash dishes, carts, shelves, ovens, stoves, and other equipment.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, residents, and guests.
• Participate in safety training and follow all OSHA guidelines.

As a Food Service Worker, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment while following dietary safety guidelines.
