What You'll Do

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to menus, recipes, and dietary needs.

Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and served safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

Assist with inventory, food storage, and kitchen organization.

Support special events, retreats, and catering as needed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.

Provide friendly, respectful service to Sisters, guests, and coworkers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, assisted living, or similar food service setting.

Valid California Food Handler Card.

Experience preparing meals from standardized recipes.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test.
