This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. The initial cut-off date for referring eligible applications will be April 25, 2025. Applicants will be referred on an "as needed" basis thereafter.

EXPERIENCE: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality to demonstrate your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence should be detailed and supported by your resume. Applicants will be rated according to the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards.

SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT: Your qualifications will be evaluated against the prescribed screen-out element, typically question 1 in the online questionnaire. Applicants meeting this minimum requirement will be considered for further rating; those who do not will be rated ineligible and eliminated. Eligible candidates will then be rated against the remaining Job Elements:
