A leading healthcare provider in Nevada is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role focused on preparing and delivering patient meals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and knowledge of food safety practices to ensure optimal service and health for patients. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff and demonstrate appropriate service skills.
Responsible for preparation of patient trays and accurate setup and delivery of patient meals to ensure quality service to patients for optimum health.
Shift: FULL TIME VARIED
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
Experience: Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food preparation, handling, and storage required.
License/Certification: Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Ability to work and cooperate with members of hospital staff.
