Job summary

Pacific Air Forces, Department of the Air Force, seeks staff for Arctic Nite Lanes Bowling Center to perform food service duties in a part-time role with a 20-hour minimum weekly guarantee.

As a team member you will set up service lines, operate dishwashing and kitchen equipment, keep facilities clean, and assist with basic food preparation while serving military members, civilians, and families.

Job description

• Schedule: This is a Part-Time position that guarantees 20 hours per week.

Arctic Nite Lanes Bowling Center includes 12 lanes, a state-of-the-art lighting system and appealing daily food specials. Join our team to provide food and fun to our dedicated military members, civilians, and families. Incumbent must be 16+ years of age.

Key Responsibilities

Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments and cold menu items (e.g., salad, dessert, bread and cold beverages) on a serving line. Removes dishes and trays from tables. Operates, breaks down and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment (e.g., worktables, sinks and refrigerators). Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses and silverware in dishwashing area.

Loads and operates dishwashers, stores clean dishes, glasses and silverware. Washes tables and counters, vacuums and shampoos carpets. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, cleans windows, washes walls and cleans and sanitizes trashcans. Sorts, washes, peels and cuts fresh fruits and vegetables. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
