Job summary

Pacific Air Forces, Department of the Air Force, seeks staff for Arctic Nite Lanes Bowling Center to perform food service duties in a part-time role with a 20-hour minimum weekly guarantee.

As a team member you will set up service lines, operate dishwashing and kitchen equipment, keep facilities clean, and assist with basic food preparation while serving military members, civilians, and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Education substitution not allowed for this position.
• Foreign education may be evaluated to meet requirements; evidence may be required upon application.

Responsibilities

• Set up service line with glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins and condiments and cold menu items.
• Operate, break down and clean all electrical equipment for food preparation.
• Load and operate dishwashers; store clean dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Sort, wash, peel and cut fresh fruits and vegetables; clean and sanitize trashcans.
