Job Summary

Summary: Maintain kitchen work areas, and keep equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and food prep areas.
• Remove trash, clean garbage cans, and dispose of waste properly.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
