Job Description: Food Service Utility

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Food Service Utility positions at WakeMed Cary Hospital, Cary, NC. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; shifts vary from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. More details provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior commercial dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Perks: Every other weekend off, benefits, and 401K available. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties:

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep areas.
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
