Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, ensures cleanliness of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties:

• Sweeps and mops floors for safety and sanitation.
• Washes work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Removes trash, cleans cans, and disposes waste properly.
• Transfers supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assists with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Loads/unloads supplies and delivers products.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
