Mercy Hospital St. Louis food service team is seeking a Food Service Worker I to perform non-cooking duties such as washing dishes, cold prep, salad production, serving, cashiering, tray passing, loading carts and general cleaning.

This on-site role supports patient and guest meals at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, located in Saint Louis, MO, with a 6:30am–3pm shift and a strong emphasis on teamwork and timely service.

• Maintains relationship with patients and customers to attain quality satisfaction of food.
• Is courteous, considerate and cooperative when communicating with all patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel.
• Ability to work in direct contact with a variety of foods.

Shift: 6:30am-3pm

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry.
