Target is seeking a Food Service Team Leader in Trumbull, CT to supervise hourly team members and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will manage daily food service operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive sales through effective staffing and execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated guest service and teamwork experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail/food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Supervise hourly team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure food safety, freshness, inventory accuracy, and proper merchandising.
• Schedule daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and sales goals.
• Support meal/service transitions, promotions, and price changes as needed.
• Uphold Brand Standards and safety/compliance across the team.
