Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in unit operations and floor management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and direct the unit staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control.
• Assist in managing P&L, analyze sales, labor, and profit.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and proper food handling.
