Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the guidance of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
3. Store food items safely, organized, and hazard-free.
4. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food items are served per menu specifications following company policies.
5. Ensure a sanitary environment complying with health and safety regulations.
6. Maintain accurate weekly inventory and prepare orders as needed.
7. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
8. Maintain a safe working environment and complete all safety logs and maintenance checks.
9. Recommend equipment replacements and perform preventative maintenance.
10. Multitask effectively and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
11. Fill in for absent employees when necessary and stay informed about catering events.
12. Work occasionally during nights and weekends for catered events.
13. Participate in staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
14. Perform cashier duties if required and promote positive public relations.
