Supervises and trains Patient Accounting Billing Representatives to ensure accurate reimbursement is received on each account. Coordinates billing activities, processes third-party claims efficiently and timely, compiles statistical reports on A/R Key Performance Indicators, and resolves problems related to third-party and self-pay collections.

Education: Associates Degree in a related field (Required). A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: 3 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle office environment (Required).

General Experience: Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations (Required).
