Job summary

Elegance Senior Living in Florida is seeking a friendly food service assistant to support daily dining operations for residents. You will assist with dishwashing, serving, bussing, setting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area while delivering courteous service.

You will work as part of the culinary team to ensure safe, smooth operation and resident satisfaction, following sanitation procedures and community policies. Previous experience in food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, washes, and stores dishes following Elegance procedures.
• Cleans dishwashing area and assists in serving, if needed.
• Assists cooks in cleaning food serving areas and equipment.
• Sets up serving carts for each meal and serves meals to residents’ tables.
• Assists in bussing tables and prepares water carafes for residents.
• Delivers trays to resident apartments and works with the culinary team to ensure safe operation.
