Job Description

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing or delegating responsibilities within the food service operation, such as inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and assign daily work tasks to the food service team and supervise task completion.
  2. Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
  3. Prepare and assemble food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
  4. Store food properly following safety policies and procedures.
  5. Set up work stations, including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables.
  6. Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations.
  7. Serve food to customers, ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
  8. Replenish food items and maintain stock levels.
  9. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and coworkers.
  10. Follow Aramark safety policies, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
  11. Ensure the security of company assets.

Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
  • Previous food service experience required.
  • Ability to acquire food safety certification.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
