Elior School Dining is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join the Manatee Charter School dining team in Bradenton, Florida. You will oversee the preparation and service of meals, ensure recipes are followed, and supervise kitchen and dining staff to meet quality standards.

Must-have experience supervising multiple employees, strong communication, and attention to detail. Nice-to-haves include a culinary degree and a Food Handler’s certification.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our Elior School Dining team in Bradenton, FL. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing hands‑on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
