Job summary

The Rockhill Group seeks a Supervisor to oversee Food Service operations at NCBC Gulfport, MS 39501. You will manage daily duties, ensure quality customer service, and learn all aspects of the job.

This federal installation role requires passing background checks and drug screening, ability to travel to assist in various locations, and flexibility to work split shifts. English fluency and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in food services or related field.
• Must have at least 1 year supervising or leading teams.
• Knowledge of Tri-Service Sanitation and Medical standards.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must speak and write English fluently.
• Must rotate workweek hours to cover all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of contract services delivered to customers.
• Prepare and complete daily worksheets.
• Ensure compliance with contract standards.
• Conduct routine inspections.
• Monitor progress of individuals toward meeting job requirements.
• Perform quality inspections in the TAMS system for assigned areas.
• Represent as point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members when PM or AS PM not available.
• Maintain courteous and professional attitude with all customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
