Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily FS operations at NCBC Gulfport, MS. You will manage assigned areas, ensure quality customer service, and maintain compliance with contract standards.

Candidates must have at least 1 year in food services and supervising, English fluency, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. Background checks and access requirements for the federal installation apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food services or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Knowledge of Tri-Service Standards (Sanitation and Medical standards).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word).
• Ability to understand oral and/or written instructions and speak/write English fluently.
• Ability to rotate workweek hours to cover all shifts.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility for work on specified contracts.
• Ability to pass organization background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operation of contract services is delivered to customers on time and to a high standard.
• Prepare and complete daily worksheets and ensure contract standards are met.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor progress toward job requirements.
• Perform quality inspections in relevant systems and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Act as point of contact for customers and visitors when management is unavailable.
• Oversee cashier close-out processes and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training team members to boost productivity.
• Conduct periodic team evaluations and enforce company policies.
