Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in kitchen during shifts.
• Prepare and assist in food preparation according to menus and instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitary handling of all food.
• Serve food during meal schedules according to policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain clean work areas.
