Trinity Services Group in Mississippi is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient meal prep and safe food handling at all times.

You will supervise preparation, plating, and service of meals in line with menus, train team members, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards. On-site role with strong teamwork and flexibility required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare or instruct inmate labor and staff in the preparation of quality foods per planned menu and recipes.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and kept in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department policies.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare and serve according to recipes and meet nutritional needs.
• Follow all food safety regulations pertaining to sanitation, handling and storage.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Follow facility uniform policy; keep kitchen clean and ready for service.
