Job summary

Trinity Services Group seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items, train staff, and ensure meals meet recipes and nutritional needs.

Hours are 4:30am–6pm, on-site, with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and a $500 new hire bonus. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to food handling regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and you must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portions.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees/inmates.
• Stand long hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking.
