Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in food production in commercial, military, or institutional setting.
• Must be able to operate computers and the necessary software used by the department.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production/service and preparation/inventory documents before each meal.
• Oversee records such as service plan, tray assessments, restricted diets, daily sanitation, and meal delivery.
• Carry out the orientation and training program for detainee workers.
• Ensure safety compliance and monitor equipment maintenance.
