Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review daily menus and order food and supplies.
• Supervise activities and ensure food safety and quality.
• Ensure serving line operations meet regulatory controls and temperatures.
• Decide what to discard and what to reuse for leftovers.
• Manage detainee food service staff, provide training, and inspect performance.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation and portion control rules.
