Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items, follow menus, and ensure portions meet nutritional needs.

The role requires supervising staff, training coworkers, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; on-site work within the facility is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
• Experience in institutional food service or restaurants preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion foods per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
