Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years old.
• Prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook food and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
