Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility, ensuring meals meet menus and nutritional guidelines.

You will train staff, maintain safety standards, and work 4am-1pm, reporting to the Food Service Director, with benefits including medical, 401(k), and paid training. Prior institutional food service experience preferred; high school diploma required; 18+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Train and mentor food service workers and inmates as assigned.
• Promote a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment in line with regulations.
