Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of items, following menus and work instructions, using a range of equipment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food/service, understands food handling regulations, and thrives in a team environment while adapting to change and remaining flexible. On-site role with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to scheduled times and approved procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare food per recipes and portions.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
