Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility. You will manage inmate labor, supervise food prep and service, and ensure compliance with recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (18+).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Assist in preparing a variety of food items following recipes and work instructions.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in all meal prep and serving.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
