Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served according to menus and recipes.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for food service, knowledge of food handling regulations, and the ability to train others while adapting to changing needs and schedules. Weekend availability and shift coverage are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food during meals according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
