Trinity Services Group Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to lead kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will manage inmate labor, supervise team members, and ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines while following recipes and menus.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, and prior institutional food service experience is preferred. On-site work inside a jail setting with opportunities for training and advancement is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and per department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food according to recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
