Job summary

Trinity Services Group, located inside a correctional facility in Bernalillo, NM, seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff. You will prepare and serve meals per menus, enforce food safety regulations, and train team members to maintain quality and sanitation standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare or instruct inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of quality foods according to recipes and work instructions.
• Ensure that all food is stored properly and in sanitary manner.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean work area.
