Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve items per menus and recipes, using a variety of utensils and equipment as directed.

You will report to a Food Service Director, work on-site, and help maintain a safe, efficient operation with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food according to recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
