Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and work instructions, reporting to a Food Service Director on-site.

Ideal candidates are passionate about food and service, with knowledge of food handling regulations, and a teamwork mindset. Shifts include early morning hours, and benefits are provided alongside opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal times and department procedures.
• Cook food using kitchen utensils and equipment per recipes to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Be prepared to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
