Job Summary: Individuals in this position are responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Deli & Cafeteria area. They must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and sanitation. Provide direction, training, and professional development of employees. Manage areas of responsibility to meet financial objectives of the department.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required and supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Service Handler Certification and knowledge of HAACP standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
