This position is working inside a jail/correctional facility at the Wake County Detention Center.
The Food Service Supervisor performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned and/or instructs inmate labor in preparation and serving of correctional facility mealsin accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
Please note: Supervisory duties are in relation to supervising inmate labor.
