Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining in Morgantown is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee meal production and service at West Virginia University. You’ll supervise staff, ensure adherence to recipes and contractual obligations, and uphold quality standards on site.

We’re looking for strong communicators with hands-on leadership, detail orientation, and a commitment to food safety and service excellence. This is an onsite, full-time role with growth potential within the Elior network.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our Education team in Morgantown. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
