Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a qualified food service supervisor to oversee production and service of meals at West Liberty University.

You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure meals meet quality standards, and follow daily recipes based on needs and contracts. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization to deliver excellent campus dining.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our collegiate team in West LIberty, WV. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.

Must-haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.

Nice-to-haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
