Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. **Job Responsibilities**

  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  4. Ensure safe, organized, hazard-free storage of food items.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food is served per menu specifications following policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a sanitary department complying with health and safety codes.
  7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
  8. Prepare orders as needed to ensure proper production levels.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service workers.
  12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Proficient in multi-tasking.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  16. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
  17. Coordinate with catering events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
  18. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  19. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  20. Perform cashier duties if necessary.
  21. Promote good public relations.
