Correct Choice Inc. will be operating at the Olmstead County Jail. We are seeking dedicated Food Service Staff to ensure excellence in meal preparation and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Train in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service, adhering to production plans and safety guidelines.
• Participate in meal preparation and serving, maintaining portion control and dietary requirements.
• Maintain compliance with security policies, including tool and equipment management.
• Uphold sanitation standards and HACCP policies for proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage, and ordering of food and related items.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Hours are 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM 7 days a week

Physical Requirements

This role may include extended walking and standing, occasional bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and require uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
