Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic arithmetic to count servings and determine yields.
• Working knowledge of diet principles.
• Working knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures to prevent contamination.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the MWR department's programs and operations at the Kegler's Grill on NAS Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, WA.
• Assist with food preparation and service in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to special events for the Naval Air Station both on and off premise.
