Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation methods and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, portions and serves food for regular and therapeutic diets.

• Follows HACCP guidelines and food safety procedures.
• Performs required paperwork and may deliver food as needed.
