Qualifications

• Paid or unpaid experience in food service work.
• 6 months experience in food service work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be asked to work a specific shift schedule or rotating schedule.
• Assists in preparation and portioning of food for special diets.
• Prepares snacks and supplements and maintains snack supplies.
• Distributes food in a safe, sanitary manner according to policies.
• Assists in serving food and follows food service procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Receives deliveries and maintains paperwork.
• Trains new kitchen staff as needed.
